This is the finest white grape variety, and it adapted perfectly well to the Argentinean terroir. Despite that, it is not very common to find Chenin as a varietal wine; it is mainly used to grant acidity and freshness to several white blends. Its organoleptic characteristics resemble the white peach skin.
