Wines of Argentina will be present in the fourth edition of the annual New York Wine Expo to be held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from February 25 to 27. The exhibition is back in New York, the most important city in the US, for the fourth time. Tastings will be offered to consumers for two full days, and the third day will be devoted to specific activities for trade representatives.

The tastings will be open to the general public on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, giving consumers the chance to take a tour sampling wines from all around the world. More than 600 wines from more than 150 winemakers from different countries will be showcased at the Grand Tasting.

On the third day, Sunday February 27, an exclusive seminar by Gloria Maroti Frazee, Wine Educator from the prestigious magazine Wine Spectator, will be offered to the press and trade. She will base her talk on 8 wines of her own choice and will refer to the different terroir expressions and varietals which can be found across our country.

The Expo will offer the following attractions:

The Grand Tasting: the New York Wine Expo’s main event. More than 150 local and international wineries will showcase their wines. Lifestyle products and wine accessories will also be on display. It will be a genuinely international experience.

Education Seminars: sessions prepared for both novel and curious wine lovers and those with a long-standing fascination with grapes. These seminars will include vertical tastings and deal with wine and food related topics and topical issues related to the wine industry. Participating speakers in previous editions have included Gloria Maroti Frazee from Wine Spectator, Leslie Sbrocco from Thirsty Girl, Mark Oldman from Every Day with Rachael Ray, and Kevin Zraly from Windows On The World Wine School.

Wine Clinics: an opportunity for wineries to make a brief demonstration of the wines in the exhibition room during the Grand Tasting. This is when winery owners present their wines and give information about their winery.
