New York Tasting

Information about the NY Tasting on october the 8th


Wines of Argentina is hosting a unique event in New York City on October 8, 2009. Sixty
wineries from diverse regions throughout the country will showcase their wines, from the
fresh, aromatic Torrontes to the rich and robust Malbec. Guests will enjoy a rare and
special half-hour performance by Julio Bocca’s Dance Troupe.

Cost: $50/ticket, $40 each 2 or more

About Wines of Argentina:

About Julio Bocca
Julio Bocca is one of the most important ballet dancers of the later part of the 20th century
and probably the most important Argentine dancer of all time. This prodigiously gifted
dancer won the Gold Medal at the International Ballet Competition in Moscow in 1985 and
was invited to join the American Ballet Theatre by Mikhail Baryshnikov. In 1990 he fulfilled
his dream of creating his own ballet company; the Ballet Argentino, of which he is, as of
2005, the artistic director, and which performs regularly in theatres around the globe.
