Bodega: FAMILIA OTERO RAMOS
Familia Otero Ramos nació para rendir honor a un antiguo legado familiar de dos generaciones atrás, en las tierras de Galicia. A fines del milenio, Manuel Otero planificó el proyecto vitivinícola y turístico madurado durante años, a través de la experiencia recogida en la actividad. Adquirió una parcela de gran riqueza de suelos, cuidadosamente elegida en Mayor Drummond, Luján de Cuyo, Primera Zona Vitivinícola Argentina. Ubicada a 33° de latitud Sur, y a 900 msnm, está situada en el flanco Este de la Cordillera de los Andes. La región se caracteriza por días calurosos, frías noches y escasas lluvias. Forma parte de la DOC Luján de Cuyo. La bodega de estilo español, posee una cava subterránea para la crianza en barricas de roble y botella, con control de temperatura y humedad. Vinos de alta gama, tecnología y las más cuidadosas y tradicionales prácticas enológicas definen a esta bodega. El proyecto incluye un hospedaje rural cinco estrellas para turistas exigentes.
