Winery: LAS PIEDRAS PURA VID

Las Piedras Pura Vid is family enterprise rooted in nature, understanding its processes and respecting them. Born under the vision of Giovanni Vincenzo Pannunzio who emigrated to Argentina from his native Italy in 1952. He belonged to a family of viticulturers and began to cultivate his own vineyards in Barrancas, Maipú, first wine growing region in Mendoza. He achieved a balanced composition between European tradition, handcrafted quality and permanent technological innovation. Nowadays, his sons José and Luis Pannunzio are the ones who continue their romance with the desert, carrying out plantations of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah under ideal ecological conditions, in stony, virgin soil , watered through subterranean springs obtaining grapes of quality with excellent properties of alcoholic strength, aroma, taste and colour elaborating notable and well balanced wines that transmit the character of its fruit.
