It has got 57 concrete tanks with a capacity of fermentation between 11.200 lt. up to 15.900 lt. With these volumes we can manage the fermentation stage very well, obtaining exciting flavors, aromas and body in our wines Our storage capacity in tanks is of 4.345.100 lts. Underground we have 6 cellars to age the wines in barrels. We can age the wines in up to 500 oak barrels. At present we have 180 ha of vineyards at La Consulta (Uco Valley), a district at the foot of the Andes, between 1.000 and 1.200 meters above sea level, with latitude 33' degrees south; the soil is alluvial, the texture is stony, irrigated by water coming from the melting of the snow-capped high peaks and glaciers in the Andes. There is a great thermal amplitude between 8º and 35º, with the highest temperature registered during the day. The vineyards have varieties of first quality like Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Syrah and Semillon, worked with high technology to produce wines of the highest quality, The essential complement to produce these superb wines, is our winery with a capacity of 1.320.572, 92 gallons (5.000.000 liters), adapted to the latest requirements of modern technology and a team of professionals of international first level.
