Daniel Pi´s precept is “the richness of diversity”. Daniel doesn’t believe that there is only one specific place or height where each grape variety expresses in an extraordinary way, but many places. The key is to know which areas are the most suited to source our grapes that will give birth to our wines. Trapiche’s premium grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards and from over 200 grapegrowers, located in the best grapegrowing areas.
The Trapiche Malbec Single Vineyard project illustrates this richness of diversity. Based on Daniel´s knowledge of Argentina´s terroirs and on the difference of how Malbec grows in allMendozaProvince), this project is a selection of three of the best Malbec wines from the every harvest.
